The Moose Lands on His Feet!

Marshall Wittmann, also known to the blogging community as The Bull Moose, ceased blogging last week, and there was much sadness. I suggested elsewhere that one should not worry about The Moose, as odds were he had found a good position in the new Congress. It was pure speculation based on intuition--and a rational examination of the timing and The Moose's credentials.

Today there is an announcement.

And there was much rejoicing! I agree with Joe Lieberman on very little, yet remain a big fan anyway. Moves like this are part of the reason. Smart fella, that Lieberman. His party should treat him nicer.

And Moose? Don't forget to remind your boss that there are people out here who may disagree with him, but know that doesn't make him evil, and respect the hell out of him for being an admirable politician. We need more of them on both sides of the aisle.

...the nutroots and their ilk should not take solace in the departure of the Moose. The Moose will surely re-emerge again. When and where will the Moose be spotted?
