"This case is akin to a meat-eater suing a vegetarian restaurant for not offering him a ribeye"

Submitted by Simon on Thu, 11/20/2008 - 10:56am

Sigh.

ROFLMAO

What a perfect way to put it.

Imagine the logical results of this: male engineers suing SWE. KKK members suing the NAACP, guys suing Wellesley and Bryn Mawr, Christians suing Physicians for Reproductive Choice to allow their views to be heard, too....

There is a value to allowing people to have their own groups. Things get creepy when the government institutes such exclusionary measures. Sigh.

stoopid

I think it's a stupid lawsuit and it's too bad eharmony settled. You know, I never even knew eharmony was christian, I just thought they felt a little bit culty creepy.

As far as I know

As far as I know its not "Christian" its just that the founder is Christian and he was trying to stick to his values.
